**In order to book appointments with us, we require a credit card on file. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to changing or canceling and we will gladly handle your reservation and waive our cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s).

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be considered a "NO SHOW" and your credit card on file will be charged for the full price of all scheduled service(s).
