With 20 years experience behind the chair, Mandy has built her career on connection, creativity, and continued growth. She is approaching her fifth anniversary here at Fleur and with that comes an exciting new step.

Mandy has recently joined OWAY as an In-Salon Educator. In this role, she leads education within her salon team — inspiring stylists to deepen their craft, embrace holistic and ethical practices, and creates with intention. Her passion for education and ethical beauty has opened the door for her to grow into a Collective Educator role, where she’ll continue sharing OWAY’s philosophy with a wider community of professionals.

Throughout her career, Amanda has also taught in multiple cosmetology schools, empowering future stylists to find confidence and purpose behind the chair. Her mission is simple: to elevate the craft of hairdressing through mindful education, artistry, and care.
