Hi, I’m Veronica Monique Reyes—my name means “True Advisor of Kings,” and my mission is just that: to uplift and empower.

Growing up as the only girl among four brothers, beauty wasn’t on my radar—until I saw its power to transform confidence. In high school, I helped two friends rediscover their self-worth through hair, makeup, and style. That moment sparked my calling, leading me to cosmetology school and an 18-year career in the beauty industry.

I began my journey at Rolf’s Salon in Scottsdale, AZ, where I worked alongside top artists, styled for Scottsdale Fashion Week, and even appeared on Monday Morning Makeovers on Channel 3. Giving back has always been part of my path, from supporting cancer centers to working with local charities.

After moving to Illinois and facing health challenges due to salon product sensitivities, I refused to give up on my passion. That’s when I found FLEUR Biodynamic and Organic Hair Salon—a space that aligns with my commitment to health, beauty, and sustainability.

With a deep love for my craft, I specialize in creating customized looks that enhance your natural beauty while ensuring a transformative experience—inside and out.
