Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

-George Bernard Shaw

My name is Veronica Monique Reyes.

Fun fact it means “ True advisor of Kings”

I am an only girl of five children. Raised by my four brothers and my Father. My mother passed away when I was young. Growing up, I had no idea about beauty or the power to its essence. Honestly, I didn’t even have any desire to know so. I started to inquire beauty in high school because two girls who were inspired by me… they were very inquisitive of my personal life, and in turn, I became inquisitive of them as well. Both of these girls were fatherless, and my heart went out to them. They seemed as though they desired to feel beautiful and they were searching like many high school girls do to find the real them they felt like inside. My mission was clear as day, they needed my help. I then brought them home to meet my father who was always welcoming to those that didn’t have fathers in their lives.. After a few fatherly conversations these girls were ready to create a new version of them selves. I gathered my tools of beauty: make-up, hair product, clothing, shoes, and a good old motivational speech.

After all the work invested, these girls became women radiating self “Wealth”, from they way they walked to the way they talked! They thanked me for investing in them and they are now very successful individuals. I then realized …this was my calling and cosmetology school would be the way to go.

I now have been in the beauty industry for 18 years, touching lives from Scottsdale, AZ to Now proud to say Barrington, IL.

I started my career in Scottsdale, AZ at a beautiful Salon called ” Rolf’s “ for 9 years! There I worked beside the most talented Artist and serviced most Amazing people! Rolf’s was a perfect place to kick off my career. I’m had many opportunities that advanced my skills from donating our time to local charities such as burn Camp, cancer center’s, and we even partnered up with  Arizona Cardinals for fundraising. We went on Air for Monday Morning Makeovers news “Channel 3” , and also created editorial hairstyles for “Scottsdale fashion week”… honestly the skills gathered during the 9 years were endless.

After getting married and starting a family, I took it down a notch and joined a more slow pace hair culture. I was and am on board of their mission to give back by gathering ingredients from all around the world. Ultimately this brand changed ingredients and I became allergic to their products. I tried to fight it but It was miserably painful from hands breaking out in rashes to my eyes burning during color applications. This was devastating to endure, to the point where I almost gave up on my career/passion.

Well let’s just say my father taught me to Never give up on fighting for my happiness!

So I didn’t! I searched for a more health conscious salon. First one came up as:

“FLEUR Biodynamic and Organic Hair Salon “

I was very impressed with what I saw online so I decided I had to go see the salon in person. Oh my! What a beautiful clean energetic environment. So green; from all the flourishing plants and everyone’s gentle approach to their Guest. I’m beyond blessed to have the opportunity as a Artist for “FLEUR”!

My Mission is to empower women and men by using my artistry of touching lives through hair. My skills are endless. IF you can think it, I can create it! Whether that is a meaningful conversation or a customize look to get the intention one deserves, I believe we are all uniquely Beautiful.

My Motto “2 LOVE & 2 be LOVED “

let’s collaborate “A new and improved you”
